The Shao Kano Martial Arts Club is pleased to announce the successful completion of the quarterly belt grading examinations for our Vikas Puri Branch. Held on January 12th, 2015, the examination tested the technical proficiency, mental focus, and physical endurance of our dedicated practitioners.
Upholding Grading Standards
At the KarateFlow Federation, grading is more than a simple test; it is a rigorous evaluation of a student's journey in Budo. Candidates are assessed on their mastery of Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring) relative to their targeted rank. The results below reflect the high standards required to progress within the Shao Kano lineage.
